HRAVITY is looking for an experienced sales development representative to strengthen our commercial team, a forefront person, who will initiate customer communication, shaping crucial first impressions and service experience.

This position revolves around business writing and is particularly suited for candidates with a background in journalism or copywriting, motivated to refine their business writing skills on a larger scale with continuous feedback.

Recruitment specificity of the company business makes this role pivotal, since customers will appraise our communication expertise through your interactions, gauging our ability to engage with candidates on their behalf.

Ideal candidates should excel in  commercial correspondence , prioritizing service , atmosphere, customer discovery , and attention to detail, as well as have proficiency in both personalized and template-based automated approaches. Additionally, they should have a strong grasp of  lead generation processes , experience in  social selling , familiarity with ABM routines , and elaborate self-management skills.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

  • Handle inquiries generated through lead generation efforts via emails, LinkedIn, and other channels promptly and effectively
  • Communicate with prospects , conducting initial email discovery and guiding them through the process leading to meetings or follow-up discussions.
  • Implement and oversee a  systematic follow-up strategy to ensure ongoing engagement with potential clients, reminding them of previous discussions and promoting our services.
  • Proactively engage with priority prospects on social media platforms, leveraging social selling techniques to nurture relationships and drive business opportunities.
  • Work closely with recruitment leads and the marketing manager to align communication efforts with content plan, sales strategy and brand vision, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update our customer database, setting tasks and coordinating with the lead generation team to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Develop compelling and targeted messages for lead generation campaigns , tailored to resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team on automation efforts, establishing lead generation priorities and developing a comprehensive plan.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development and lead generation across global markets, with a preference for experience in the US and EU.
  • C1-level English proficiency is expected. Exceptional business correspondence skills will be considered with B2-level, valuing your ability to professional communications.
  • Strong ability to  work effectively in diverse cultural settings , demonstrating respect for cultural differences and adapting communication styles accordingly to build rapport and trust.
  • Well-developed logical and critical thinking competencies, with strong argumentation skills to analyze complex situations, make sound assumptions, and articulate your reasoning clearly.
  • Ability to maintain a  service-oriented approach in communication, focusing on understanding and addressing customer needs while consistently considering the perspective of others.
  • Excellent self-management and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with a drive for results and innovation.
  • Advanced computer proficiency , with a strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies in your niche daily, enhancing your ability to stay ahead in a tech-driven industry.
  • Understanding of sales strategies and techniques specific to the premium segment services, enabling you to engage with high-end customers and tailor your approach to their needs.
