We are considering employees with sales experience of 1 year or more (hot and cold calls). Experience in Logistics is not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Stable implementation of the plan and set indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Active search and attraction of new clients (we provide the base and all conditions for this).
• Maintenance and development of long-term relationships with key customers.
• Negotiations with customers regarding terms of sale, prices, terms, etc.
• Tracking and control of the execution of agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Market and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• Reporting on performance, sales and goal achievement forecasting.
