In connection with the development of the B2B direction, we are looking for a Sales Manager who likes active communications, knows how to work with business solutions and wants to grow in a strong, structured team.

Your role:

• Actively attract new B2B clients and expand the client base.
• Go to OPR / OVR, build contact and trust.
• Conduct business communication: calls, correspondence, social networks.
• Appoint and accompany commercial negotiations.
• Participate in the implementation of projects of the sales department.
• Fix all interactions with customers in CRM and guide the customer through the funnel.
• Interact with internal divisions of the Holding for quality service.
• Comply with corporate standards, business ethics and brand positioning.

We are looking for a person who:

• Understands the stages and logic of B2B sales.
• Able to work with CRM systems and does not ignore reporting.
• Communicates confidently with customers by phone and in writing.
• Oriented result-oriented and knows how to see things through.
• Responsible, systematic, attentive to details.
• Has emotional intelligence and knows how to deal with objections.
• Experience in cold sales will be an advantage.
