We are looking for a B2B Sales Managerto whom we will entrust the development of the B2B customer base. 

A typical working day of a B2B sales manager consists of the following processes:

• Searching for new B2B customers on the Internet in order to further conclude deals with them ;
• Support of clients assigned to the manager;
• Monitoring of the implementation of the sales plan and implementation of actions to achieve it;
• Maintenance of the customer database in Bitrix CRM;

• Tracking customer activity and providing them with timely offers;
• Tracking offers from other companies on the market and providing suggestions to the manager to improve our services.

Our ideal candidate :

• Has experience in distance sales;
• Friendly, customer-oriented, thinks positively.
• Able to conduct dialogue competently and convincingly, boldly establishes contact with new customers .
• Knows all stages of sales and knows how to build long-term relationships.
• Able to independently plan time and set priorities.
• Result-oriented and able to take responsibility.
• Has a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• A confident PC user and has experience in the CRM system Bitrix or similar.
• Has experience in HoReCa (preferably ).
• A driver's license will be an advantage.
