About the company
VideoNova production is a full cycle video production. We create educational videos, corporate videos, studio recordings, webinars, online events, series of expert videos and video courses for business.
We have our own studio, production team and real experience of working with corporate clients, educational platforms and international partners.
Now we are looking for a person to help us systematically develop B2B sales direction: through outbound, lead generation, follow-up and Upwork.
Who are we looking for
We are not looking for a "jack-of-all-trades manager", but a person who really knows how to:
find relevant companies and contact persons
write normal personalized messages, not heartless spam
lead the first contact to an answer, call, brief or request for commercial proposal
systematically work with Upwork
maintain order in CRM
It is not the process for the sake of the process, but the result that is important to us:
new leads in the database
new answers
new dialogues
new calls
new opportunities in the offer pipelines
What will need to be done
find and segment B2B leads
find contact persons: HR, L&D, Marketing, PR, Product, Internal Communications, Employer Brand, etc.
conduct cold outreach: email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
write personalized first messages and follow-up
monitor Upwork, select relevant requests, prepare custom proposals
conduct initial qualification of leads
record all work in CRM: leads, statuses, agreements, next steps
forward qualified leads to a call, brief or commercial proposal
if necessary, briefly describe the context on the lead: who is it, what request has already been made, what is the next step

What is important to us

experience with Upwork or a good understanding of how to sell services there
ability to research companies, niches and contacts
discipline in management CRM
experience working with international clients
What is not included in the role
Immediately honest:
it is not about full management of production projects
it is not about coordination of the film crew
it is not about editing control
it is not about accounting
it is not about "do tender, presentation, table, website and save everything”
We need a person specifically for development of new sales and lead generation.
Format of work
remote / hybrid
full or almost full time
flexible schedule without chaos
regular communication with a team
work through CRM and a clear funnel
Payment
40,000 - 70,000 UAH
rate + bonuses for the result
the final level of income depends on experience, skills and performance of KPI
we discuss individually at interviews
How will we evaluate the result
At the start, we look not at beautiful words, but at specifics:
number of relevant leads in the database
number of personalized outbound touches
number of follow-ups
number of quality Upwork proposals
an understandable role without the “do everything” circus
the opportunity to really influence the development of the B2B area
adequate direct communication without excessive bureaucracy
fix + bonus motivation for the result
We will not suit a person who which
is afraid to write first
sends template spam without personalization
does not maintain a CRM
loses context
works without a system
submits to everything consecutively in Upwork without logic
How to respond
The feedback is brief write:
what experience do you have in lead generation / outbound / Upwork
what B2B services have you worked with
what results can you confirm with numbers
what tools have you used to find leads and manage CRM
2-3 examples of messages or letters you wrote for the first contact
in the cover letter, write the subject of the letter to the HRD or L&D manager of the company to whom you want to offer training videos for employee onboarding.
