B2B marketer with a focus on PPC and E-mail in De Novo

We are looking for a B2B marketer who will work with paid advertising (about 50% of the time) and email marketing and CRM (about 35%), with the possibility of involvement in a wider range of marketing tasks.

The work involves a combination of an analytical approach and work with creative hypotheses, systematic work with campaigns, segments and data, as well as responsibility for a stable and predictable result.

In cooperation with together with the entire marketing team you will be responsible for the high-quality implementation of marketing campaigns, maintenance of paid channels in working condition and consistent activation of the CRM database.

Main duties

Paid advertising:

• Management and optimization of campaigns in Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, PMax
• Launch and support of Paid Social campaigns: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, other platforms if necessary.
• Control of budget, bids, performance indicators.
• Coordinating advertising messages between channels and with SEO activities.

Social networks (in part):

• Working with social networks within advertising campaigns.
• Preparation and publication of content for paid activations.

Email marketing and CRM:

• Conducting email campaigns (informational, activation, reactivation).
• Working with the CRM database: updating contacts, basic segmentation.
• Preparing the database for launching advertising and email campaigns.
• Maintaining the quality and integrity of data at the level of contacts and campaigns.

What is important to us:

• Experience in marketing from 3 years.
• Experience with analytics and data interpretation.
• Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding logic performance marketing and marketing funnels.
• Experience with A/B testing and working with hypotheses to improve conversions and user experience.
• Experience or solid understanding of email marketing and CRM processes.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and SMM.
• Attention to details, accuracy in working with data.
• Systematic and ability to work with repetitive processes.
• Knowledge of English at the level of basic communication.
