Therefore, we are looking for a Marketer with experience in B2B and franchising to join the team, who will help create and implement a marketing system to enter new markets.

Who do we see in our team?

  • With 3 years of experience in marketing (B2B or franchising is a big plus).

  • Someone who has experience in launching international projects or entering new markets.

  • Who has worked with the development of a personal brand (expert or company).

  • Who has a good understanding of digital marketing (SMM, SEO, targeting, context, email).

  • Systematic and strategic, but at the same time proactive and flexible.

  • With a level of English from B1 will be an additional advantage.

Tasks of our marketer:

Strategy and research:

  • Development of a marketing strategy for entering the market of Kazakhstan and the following countries.

  • Analysis of competitors, creation of a portrait of an ideal franchisee, selection of channels engagement.

Development of the owner’s personal brand:

  • Content strategy for the client (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Coordination of work with contractors and SMM agency.

  • Construction of the funnel: personal brand > Look Abroad site > franchise application.

Digital assets and sites:

  • Creation of the Look Abroad website with SEO and CRM integration.

  • Update of the corporate website for the sale of franchise.

  • Configuration of analytics systems.

Advertising and PR:

  • Launch of targeted and contextual advertising in Kazakhstan.

  • Placing in franchise catalogs, business publications, partner media.

  • Organization of PR campaigns.

Lead generation and sales:

  • Preparation of presentations, media kits, cases and success stories.

  • Conducting webinars and online meetings for potential franchisees.

Reporting and control:

  • Setting KPI, performance analysis.

  • Optimization of budget and channels.

We are looking for a person who can:

  • see the picture strategically and at the same time quickly react to changes;

  • take responsibility and bring projects to a result;
