Noosphere is a group of space, innovation, marketing, media, social and scientific and educational projects connected by a common philosophy.
Noosphere projects cover various directions, such as: space; internet marketing, finance, web & mobile development and scientific and technological social initiatives and events.
In the direction of social responsibility, Noosphere organizes events for young people on the topics of space, innovation and robotics.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Experience in the field of analytics, applied mathematics.
  • Successful work experience in a similar position from 2 years.
  • Experience in working with 1C/BAF or other ERP systems;
  • Experience in working with databases MySQL, SQL.
  • Ability to analyze information and present results;
  • experience working with APIs, HTTP services, Web services;
  • experience in implementing data exchange between various accounting systems;
  • knowledge of the basics of the 1C programming language, query language, LCD, client-server interaction;
  • Skills in preparing technical tasks.
  • Skills in data processing of various formats.

Future tasks:

  • Collection and study of requests/needs from users, for optimization/implementation of system processes and mechanisms.
  • Preparation of proposals, formalization of requirements, drawing up technical specifications for the development of new and refinement of existing HRM mechanisms.
  • Coordination of development and improvements of HRM mechanisms: coordination of priorities, planning of resources, expert evaluation of results.
  • Support of HRM performance and functionality: testing of mechanisms before launch, testing of improvements, search, research, elimination of errors, optimization of report usability.
  • Creation of effective interaction between all process participants: management of expectations, communication with related departments and users involved in the operation and implementation of processes to obtain optimal results.
  • Conducting training presentations for users, writing procedures, instructions for working with new reports or other mechanisms.
  • Consulting, helping and answering emerging operational questions for users when working with HRM mechanisms and processes.
