Automation Developer (AI & Process Optimization) in RetroStyle Games

RetroStyle Games- a game development and 2D/3D art studio with more than 10 years of experience in the market. We are actively growing and are currently looking for an Automation Engineer \ Tools Master who will constantly improve processes within the company, supporting existing and creating custom solutions, ensuring their effectiveness.

For what tasks?

1. Creating custom solutions for automating processes in various company departments (parsers, CRM, chatbots, internal task management systems).
2. Working with APIs and no-code/low-code platforms for integration of internal and external systems (including Coda.io and similar tools).
3. Implementation of AI solutions to automate routine tasks.
4. Support of existing scripts and tools.
5. Development and support of internal web applications to optimize work processes.
6. Development of the Monday.com ecosystem : custom automations, integrations and optimization of work processes.
   
   

What do we expect from you?

1. Certain experience with Python and its web frameworks (Django/FastAPI).
2. Experience with REST API and GraphQL.
3. Desirable: Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (Node.js/React) for developing web interfaces.
4. Love for games and interest in the game industry \ 2D and 3D graphics.
5. Flexible thinking, the ability to find answers to non-obvious questions, the desire to find the essence of the problem.
6. Experience working with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Retool, Bubble, Airtable, Webflow, Notion, Lovable).
7. Understanding the principles of real-time systems and asynchronous programming.
8. Desirable: experience integrating AI solutions and working with AI API.
