We are an agency that helps companies find specialists for important projects in a field that requires a high level of professionalism and responsibility. We are currently looking for a training content developer who will be part of a team that shapes modern approaches to corporate training.

Responsibilities:

• Development of training programs for internal use.
• Use of educational platforms and programs for distance learning (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Preparation of educational materials using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools.
• Analysis of data and reporting on training effectiveness.

Important skills:

• Knowledge of modern methods of teaching adults.
• Confident use of educational software.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Skills in prioritizing tasks and working with deadlines.
• Developed communication skills abilities.

Desired experience: from 1 year in writing training materials for the corporate sector.

Working conditions:

• Salary: from 35,000 UAH.
• Official employment from the first working day.
• Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Location: Kyiv, right bank.
• Hybrid format after trial period.
