"UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" is an agro-industrial holding that is one of the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100,000 hectares of land, 2 sugar factories, the largest mill in Ukraine, meat and dairy farming).

Currently in We have an open position Business process auditor.

Purpose of the position: Evaluation and analysis of the execution of the Group's business processes for compliance with internal regulatory documents, development of recommendations for optimizing processes to increase their efficiency and reduce risks.

Main duties:

• Audit of business processes: Organization and conduct of internal audits of the Group's business processes in accordance with the plan. Analysis of the effectiveness of existing processes and identification of possible risks and problem areas.

• Preparation of reports based on the results of the audit of business processes: Formation of reports based on the results conducted audit of business processes for management and other interested parties. Providing recommendations for improving business processes based on identified shortcomings and potential risks.

• Analysis of the efficiency and risks of business processes:Assessment of risks associated with business processes and the development of measures to minimize them. Identification of bottlenecks in processes that may affect the productivity or financial stability of the company.< /p>

• Management of the incident register:Maintenance of the incident register - recording of incidents. Control of the implementation of the incident response plan, escalation if necessary .Formation of Incident Report (monthly).

• Communication with internal departments and stakeholders: Cooperation with department heads and employees to collect data on processes, analyze them and develop recommendations. Conduct meetings and discuss audit results and provide suggestions for improvements.

• Implementation of changes and improvements in business processes: Approval of plans for the implementation of recommendations for optimization of business processes based on the results of the audit. Implementation control and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented changes.

• Automation of business processes: Identification of opportunities for automation and digitization of business processes.

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, preferably in the field of accounting, finance, economics.
• ?Knowledge of business process management methodology and methods of their evaluation and optimization.
• Knowledge of notationin business process modeling (BPMN, IDF0 and others)
• Experience in conducting business process audits and evaluating their effectiveness, at least 3 years.
• Practical experience in providing business process audit recommendations and control over the results of changes.
• Understanding of modern risk management standards and experience in developing measures to minimize them.
• Training/certification in process management and IT optimization (ABPMP, Lean and others) (preferred )
• Experience of working with ERP systems and setting technical tasks, analytical platforms (for example: 1C, SAP, MD, Excel, Power BI)?
