Atlassian System Administrator in Deviniti

You are someone we are looking for if:

• you can boast of: practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence from the user and administrator side; good knowledge of Linux servers; good knowledge of one of the selected databases: Postgres, MMSQL, MySQL, Oracle; experience in building, configuring and standardizing application environments; very good knowledge of spoken and written English (level B2/C1); 

• nice to have: experience in scripting/coding in Groovy; ACP, Agile, Prince or ITIL certifications; experience in migrating Atlassian products to cloud environments; knowledge of Bamboo and Bitbucket tools, knowledge of AWS, Azure.

What will you do as Atlassian System Administrator ?

• Unit  Atlassian Servicesis working on comprehensive support for customers using Atlassian tools, and we are looking for another person to join the team that deals with migrations of Atlassian products, configurations, installations and building application environments in the Atlassian environment.

Who will you work with? 

• The team you will join is Atlassian DevOps . It consists of a Leader and two Atlassian administrators at the Senior level/Mid+, and two Atlassian engineers at the Junior+ level. The team works mostly remotely, but willingly participates in stationary department and company integrations.

What tasks can you expect?

• Collecting requirements directly from customers and solving current problems;
• Providing services related to Atlassian tools, i.e. administration, consultations, installations, version upgrades, updates, script creation;
• Migrations of Atlassian environments;
• Customer support related to Atlassian processes and applications;
• Supporting the sales department with technical knowledge about Atlassian products;
• Conducting training with clients;
• Cooperation with a team of programmers creating extensions for Jira.
