In addition to patients, your customers may be coworkers, clinics, the Zynex sales team, etc. Team Player - Prioritizes team over self, works well with peers and Managers.Decision-Making - Takes a conceptual approach to identify key issues, sees relationships and draws elements into a broad coherent framework; demonstrates ability to work with ambiguity and complexity; considers resources and risks to priority solutions; acts fast on the most effective and efficient outcome.Resourcefulness – Finds ways around obstacles or lack of resources; addresses potential problems and obstacles with a high degree of professionalism and in a way that aligns with the company’s strategy.Customer-Focus - Implements ways to rapidly respond to customer requests for improved outcomes; works with the customer to collect accurate information about needs; goes beyond the initial thinking and remains flexible to meet customer needs; maintains strong and loyal customer relationships.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Attend all scheduled interviews virtually and in-person.Review application, CAP questions and pre-interview score to ensure the proper department placement of applicants.Partner with Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and ZELT members to identify previous jobs, characteristics and qualities that work best in their department.Review data obtained from hired candidates to ensure ideal qualities are being identified during the interview needed for specific departments and sales territories.Continuously review and update department and territory needs within Zynex.Send recorded interviews to appropriate parties.Ensure the Application process is efficient, positive, and smooth for all prospective new hires.Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager.Other Duties as assigned by Management.Education Requirements:Minimum of an associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred.Physical & Environmental Requirements: Fast-paced, high-volume professional environment with frequent interruptions.Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.Zynex Offers Exceptional Benefits (Full-Time Role):Premium starting pay.Health, dental, & vision insurance.401k with company contribution.8 paid holidays + up to 2 additional floating holidays (1 every 6 months).Zynex Prime PTO Program.
