Assistant - translator in Karitas-Spes Ukrayina

We need an translator assistant .

Our requirements:

• higher education;
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365);
• minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience as an assistant - translator, or a similar position. Experience working with an NGO or charitable foundation is an advantage;
• competent business communication and correspondence skills;
• ability to determine priority tasks;
• politeness, attentiveness, responsibility, initiative , organization, communication;
• know the principles of project work;

Language requirements:

• Ukrainian language - fluent; 
• English language - above average B2

Responsibilities:

• perform a written, complete translation with exact correspondence to the content of the original;
• proofread the translation;
• translate from English including oral translation online and in person;

• organize project meetings, maintain a calendar of meetings, minutes of meetings (notes);
• collect data, enter and verify data regarding project administration processes;
• support accountability;
