Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Organization of project meetings, management and distribution of protocols.
  • Maintenance and updating of projects in MS Project in accordance with CP Construction standards.
  • Compilation and maintenance of work schedules, analysis of deviations and forecasting of completion dates of the project.
  • Monitoring of critical works and timely informing the project manager and team.
  • Participation in the preparation of project reporting for stakeholders in accordance with internal regulations.
  • Maintenance and updating of registers of risks, budget changes, issues and initiatives.
  • Administrative support of financial and contractual processes (applications for payment, contracts in EDO).
  • Work planning together with the project manager, site manager and site manager.
  • Regular visits to the construction site to update the actual state of work.
  • Participation in the development of standards, regulations and IT tools of the company.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Understanding the basics of project management and roles in the project.
  • Practical skills in working with MS Project (graphs, communications, critical path). Will be an advantage
  • Skills in planning and controlling deadlines, analysis of deviations.
  • Basic understanding of finns and contractual processes in projects.
  • Ability to prepare reports and work according to regulations.
  • Readiness to visit the site and work with the actual state of works.
