Assistant to the chief analyst of consolidated information in Desyate kvitnya, GO

Position: Assistant chief analyst of consolidated information - full time (100%)

Place of work: Odesa

Project name: "Protection of internally displaced persons and population affected by the conflict, empowerment of communities".

Organization: "Tenth of April", executive partner of the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine.

?Tasks and responsibilities:

• Observe the terms of the Organization, internal regulations and policy;
• Develop and improve data collection forms for protection professionals (online and offline forms, taking into account the objectives of information collection, privacy and standardization).
• Ensure accurate collection, analysis and visualization of data that allow the Organization to effectively respond to the needs of the population.
• Collaborate with protection and MEAL teams to understand data needs, assist in the integration of monitoring and performance evaluation indicators (including indicators from the logical framework of the projects).
• Perform monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of project activities by carrying out visits to the places of assistance, communication with beneficiaries personally and using means of communication, analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators;
• Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation, draw up reports in which recommendations are made regarding changes/improvement of the implementation of project activities;
• Conduct evaluation and preparation procedural documents;
• In collaboration with other team members, carry out other activities to find the best long-term solution for the relevant population;
• Compile reports, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation;
• Communicate with all employees/facilitators responsible for reporting.
• Request additional materials or corrections reports.
• Propose improvements in monitoring reporting templates and information submission processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection
• Perform other management duties and assignments as needed.

??Qualification requirements:?

• higher education;
• fluency in English (communication, work withdocuments);
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365); advanced user of MS Excel - working with formulas, building connections; Google Sheets - processing large volumes of data; knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage;
• basic understanding of the work of humanitarian organizations;
• organizational and analytical skills; the ability to work in a team;
• the ability to determine priority tasks;
• leadership, initiative, attentiveness, responsibility, organization, communication.

Language requirements:

Ukrainian language - fluent;

English language - not lower than B2 level.

Readiness for business trips.

Availability personal PC.
