Assistant to HR specialist in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

Company "Carpathian Region, MFOZNS / NEEKA" is a charitable organization that is the executive partner of UNHCR in the city of Mukachevo.

Now we have an open vacancy for the position of an assistant HR specialist under the terms of a one-year contract until December 31, 2025.

The main duties of the candidate:

- Carry out the entire range of personnel work in the company;

- Maintain documentation on personnel accounting and systematization of data in the program BAF;

- Organize staff recruitment and conduct interviews;

- Cooperate with company management and ensure the implementation of personnel policy.

- Keep track of sick leaves and communication with the Pension Fund.

Required experience:

- Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;

- Knowledge of legislation on issues personnel;

- The ability to work with a large amount of information and adhere to deadlines.
