BAYER in Ukraine has a vacancy for an Assistant General Director
Key responsibilities:
- Organizes the working hours of the General Director (telephone conferences, internal and external meetings) and controls his work schedule. Manages the process of signing documents;
- Plans and organizes the trips of the General Director, provides visa support and prepares travel orders, advance reports, etc.
- Participates in the organization and preparation of meetings of Heads of Departments and other meetings with the participation of the General Director, keeps minutes of these meetings and sends them to all meeting participants, monitors the implementation of the decisions made. director Participates in direct preparation for visits, is responsible for providing invitations, visas, transport, hotels;
- Performs written and oral translations;
- Prepares orders to replace the General Director during his absence and promptly informs all company employees about them;
- Supports the General Director in external communication with companies, government institutions, embassies, etc.
- Provides a high level of administrative support to the General Director: prepares orders, reports, letters, requests for the provision of documents, reviews and responds to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls.
- Actively collaborates with departments on various projects, ensures communication with project leaders;
Skills and experience :
- Higher education in the field of management, economics, or other related specialties.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Experience in SAP, knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Proficiency in English at the Advanced level.
- Developed organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity.
- Communication skills, customer orientation.
