Open vacancy:assistant system administrator

Obov' duties:

• manage programs and help users connect to their computers, technical control of work if necessary;
• quickly deal with new programs and help users with their configuration;
• diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems related to computer components;
• configuration, connection of computers computer and peripheral equipment; maintenance of Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks; maintenance and modernization of servers and services; work with tables and documents, keeping reports about the work performed.
• office equipment maintenance - replacement of cartridges, elimination of minor malfunctions.
• control of billing payments, mobile and SIP communication, etc.
• control of replacement deadlines accumulators for uninterruptible power sources.
• creating applications for technical support, contractor/partner companies.
• other related issues.

Requirements:

• experience as a system administrator / assistant system administrator will be a plus;
• knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and server systems;
• ability to use office programs (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.);
• ability to work with remote control programs;
• knowledge of computer assembly;
• experience installing drivers for connecting equipment (office equipment, terminals, monitors, printers, etc.) >
