opens a vacancy for ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Duties:

• Administrative support of the sales manager: keeping documentation, preparing commercial offers, contracts and reports.
• Processing customer inquiries and providing information about the company's products/services.
• Maintaining the customer base in the CRM system, making changes and updating information.
• Interaction with the logistics department to coordinate shipments and delivery of goods.
• Control over the fulfillment of orders, delivery times and provision of feedback communication with clients.
• Preparation of reports on sales results, analysis of indicators.
• Maintenance of communication with suppliers and contractors regarding the availability of goods and terms of cooperation.
• Execution of manager's orders related to sales and internal documentation.

Requirements:

< li>Experience in a similar position (will be an advantage).
• Confident PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems.
• Attention to details, ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Responsibility, organization, high level of communication skills.
• Knowledge of the basics of office management and document management.
