Assistant sales manager in Skif-Kontrol

The Skif Control company is engaged in the development of automated production process control systems and the supply of automation components: B&R, VEGA, TURCK, ABB , ROCKWELL AUTOMATION. Our developments, experience, knowledge and skills are used in various industries, services, education, medicine, etc. 

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who /which will deal with the development of sales of automation components.

Responsibilities : in terms of sales of automation components:

• Preparation commercial proposals, both independently and with the involvement of a technical specialist;

• < p>Checking customers;

• Agreement and conclusion of contracts;

• Customer support at all stages of the agreement and control of the execution of concluded agreements;

• Negotiations with suppliers;

• Document circulation (contracts, invoices, accounting documents).

In part of tenders:

• Monitoring and formation of the register of current tender purchases;

• Accreditation and registration, updating documents on electronic trading platforms;

• Formation of a package of documents in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation (qualification part, technical and commercial);

• Participation in the tender.

Wishes to the candidate:

• Technical education;

• Experience of selling at tender sites;

• Experience of working with suppliers / customers;

• A confident PC user;

• Literate language;

• Sociability;

• Organization and systematicity.

• Working schedule 5/2 (from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.);

• The trial period is 2 months;

• Salary for a trial period of UAH 25,000, subsequently UAH 30,000 + bonuses;

• Ability to work in a comfortable environment.
