It is important for us that you have:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• ability to work with large data sets, to analyze indicators using Excel formulas
• It will be an advantage - having a certificate of completion of Excel courses. Knowledge of 1C, SAP, Power BI programs
• personal qualities: analytical skills, responsibility, communication skills, stress resistance, self-organization, result-oriented and ability to work in multitasking mode

Your duties will include :

• formation of new and updating of current reports with indicators of retail network stores
• preparation of documents and calculation information for payroll of store personnel
• maintenance of current information regarding the operation of stores, collection of additional information from stores for use by managers (change of store schedules, staff list, addition of new stores, etc.)
• preparation of documents for submission to the accounting department (preparation of settlement statement and other reports)
• regular communication with the central office and other departments of the company on operational issues related to stores (warehouse, accounting, finance, IT)
• execution of additional assignments from the manager
