Your main tasks

• Search and selection of candidates for mass vacancies (production and warehouse directions).
• Conducting short phone conversations with candidates and evaluating their performance motivation.
• Working with job platforms and candidate databases.
• Updating and maintaining the internal candidate database.
• Cooperation with recruiters and participation in the full cycle of the process.
