Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position from the 1st year (preferred but not mandatory);
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Experienced PC user (MS Office, Internet);
• Competent oral and written language;
• Self-organization, ability to quickly make decisions, argue one's position;
• Active life position, emotional stability.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel;
• Initial assessment of resumes and conducting interviews;
• Maintenance of candidate database;
• Placement announcements;
• Participation in projects of the personnel department.
