Assistant Project Manager in a marketing agency (Polish language) in MM digital agency

We are looking for an assistant project manager in the MM digital agency team for a project for our client. We are an agency that provides services in 4 countries, and currently has 11 projects in our portfolio. The main advantage of working with us is the opportunity to develop in project management and marketing for various industries. Areas of specialization of the agency: medicine, real estate, psychology, cars and spare parts, rolled metal, construction materials, distribution, production, energy.

What tasks are needed perform:

• Communication with representatives of the client company, briefing and decomposing tasks in Polish;
• Control and running a task manager;
• Setting technical tasks for design, copywriting and website development departments;
• Analysis of processes and assistance to specialists with timely fulfillment of deadlines;
• Meeting preparation reports;
• Formation of reports and work plans;
• Building and correction of business processes.

What are the requirements for the candidate?

• Work experience from 1 year
• Project management skills
• Proficient use of Excel
• Understanding the principles of cooperation with partners and clients
• Flawless communication in Ukrainian, Polish at the pre-intermediate level
• Work experience in areas with which the agency already works will be an advantage.
