Assistant personnel inspector in Agrosem

We are actively developing and invite you to cooperate in the position of Assistant HR Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (preferred, but willing to consider candidates without experience with high potential);
• Proficient PC user (MS Office: Excel required);
• Attention to detail, accuracy and responsibility;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Communication and ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Registering vacations;
• Assisting in arranging business trips in Ukraine and abroad;
• Monitoring compliance with the schedule vacations;
• Preparation of personnel reports;
• Help in the formation of weekly reports to the TCC and SP and their sending;
• Interaction with department heads to clarify information;
• Coordination of document flow with regional units;
• Writing job instructions and regulations;
• Archiving and organizing documentation;
• Employee counseling;
• Drafting work schedules taking into account the norms of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
