Media Buyer Assistant in MediaMotion Marketing

Our marketing team, which actively cooperates with foreign partners and provides lead generation services in the European and US markets, is looking for a stable and motivated Media Buyer assistant. We strive for continuous development and create a favorable atmosphere for the personal and professional growth of our colleagues. Candidates with commercial experience are NOT considered. Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above
• Basic skills in working with Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop - intermediate level will be a plus

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Search and selection of creative materials for advertising campaigns.
• Adaptation of creatives for different channels and platforms.
• Sorting and filling the database of creatives.
• Monitoring advertising campaigns to ensure their effectiveness.
• Conducting marketing research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• The prospect of becoming a full-fledged and independent Media Buyer.
• After passing the trial period: setting up campaigns, managing creatives in campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and creatives.

Conditions:

• Flexible schedule: 8+1 hours per day, 5/2 (5 working days, 2 days off)
• The possibility to agree with the manager on a convenient start and end time for you days after the probationary period.
• Salary will be determined based on your competencies and skills, quality of performance of the test task and level of communication during the hiring process.
• Probationary period which includes training and is paid.
• Paid vacation.

Stages of selection:

• Interview with the recruiter and receiving the test task. (The interview takes place in Telegram, where the recruiter will provide detailed information on the vacancy)
• Execution of the test task and its verification. If the results of the test task are satisfactory, you pass to the next stage.
• Interview with the team.
