Assistant marketer in an IT company (Junior Digital Marketer) in Mavericks Agency

Mavericks agency is looking for an assistant marketer (junior marketer) to join its team. 

Part-time (3-5 hours a day) or full-time.< /span>
The work is 100% remote. 

Who we are looking for: We need a person with 1 year of work experience who has basic skills in digital marketing and is ready to learn further. Her main feature is burning eyes and a desire to learn. We also consider students of the last years.

Duties (we will teach):

• Copywriting (description of company cases, posts for social networks)

• < p>Filling of the site and profile platforms (CMS Wordpress / Webflow)

< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

Starting ads (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

• Competitor and market analysis provided TK

• Analysis of site and platform traffic according to agreed instructions

• Reports on marketing activities

• Other marketing tasks not included in this list

Must have:

• Understanding how search engines work (why do you need links, what does unique text mean, etc.)

• Experience in launching advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

• Google Analytics Skills

• of course, the ability to work with all common technologies (social networks, Google Sheet/Docs, Office, etc.)

• Being familiar with chatGPT and other AI (where else without it)

• Be able to independently find solutions to problems

• Literacy in written communication

Would be an advantage:

• English B1 and above

• Basic knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe package (especially Photoshop)

• Experience in email marketing

• Marketing or economic education

• Understanding Web Development Principles

You will have a mentor who will help you figure everything out. Don't worry - the amount of work is small, plus we have a step-by-step plan, we will not dump all these responsibilities on you at once.

In time, we see you in the position of Middle Digital Marketer with a salary increase and a full work schedule. 

What about salary:

• 10,000 - 12,000 UAH for part-time employment of 3-5 hoursper day

• or 15,000 - 20,000 UAH with full

• trial period 2 months (paid)

A little about us:

We have a small team, we specialize in web development. We work on Ukrainian and foreign projects, learn, laugh and sometimes organize parties at work. Before the war, of course, now everyone works remotely. If you are from Kyiv, after the end of the war, we will be waiting at the office in Podil.
