Assistant assistant manager (remote)

About the company:
We are Ukrainian Vintage Co. strong> , we specialize in selling paintings by Ukrainian artists to the international market. In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for an energetic and responsible assistant manager who will carry out various assignments and help in solving organizational and administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Execution of various tasks of the manager (search for information, preparation of documents, coordination of tasks).
• Search, analysis and structuring of information upon request (market, partners, competitors etc.).
• Reporting and working with databases.
• Help in setting up and maintaining international trading platforms (Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
• Work with tables, reports and e-mail.
• Search for non-standard solutions in difficult situations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in PC and basic office skills programs (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office).
• Experience with trading platforms or understanding of their operation will be an advantage.
• Skills to quickly find and analyze information.
• li>Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, independence.
• Willingness to learn and develop within company.
