Assistant manager of ZED and sales (with training) in Mindo, TOV

Responsibilities:

• communication with our partners: logisticians, wholesale buyers, customs broker. If there is no similar experience - on-site training.
• preparation of various documents: letters to customs, translations of invoices, preparation of specifications for customer orders, filling out contracts according to a template. If there is no such experience - on-site training.
• work with other company documents.

Your skills, abilities and education:

• Education is higher, preference is given to technical specialties.
• If the education is not technical, then a good knowledge of mathematics and the basics of physics of the school curriculum (specifications for equipment require minimal understanding). Ability to make simple formulas for Excel.
• Ability to write letters - succinctly, briefly and to the point, maintaining causal and investigative relationships.
• Ability to work without all kinds of entertainment (private phone conversations, messengers, etc.).
• Diligence and maximum attention.
• Ability to independently find information, learn new things, ability to read complex documents - laws, regulations, etc.
• proficiency in Ukrainian , in Russian, and at least in English.
• proficiency in 1C 8 and Photoshop is welcome
• fluency in excel at the level of simple formulas, word.

About the company:

The company is engaged in the supply of various goods for wholesale sales.

Work from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. in the office at the Pochayna metro station.
