Now the team of the ED departmentis looking for a responsible and multi-tasking assistant ED manager.

So, if you:

  • Speak English (Intermediate level and above)
  • Have competent Ukrainian language
  • Able to work with Excel tables
  • Have knowledge of 1C 8, graphic editors (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) - desirable, but not necessary
  • If you have high internal motivation and responsibility

We offer a brief introduction to'responsibilities:

  • Ensuring availability information about the product and its supplier on the product packaging (stickers, instructions, packaging adaptation)
  • Filling and uploading product cards to the 1C nomenclature
  • Receiving documents and translations for the purpose of certification and pre-sale preparation ( instructions, warranty coupons, product passports)
  • Correspondence with suppliers, receiving and processing information from suppliers
