Knowledge of the basics of record keeping.
Knowledge of business ethics.
Competent language.
Proficiency in English, Russian, primarily in writing.
Knowledge of PC and office equipment:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Power Point
- Adobe Photoshop (entry level)
- 1C (initial level).
Responsibilities:
Formation of current documentation accompanying foreign economic transactions.
Interaction with the relevant services of counterparties regarding the formation and registration of supplies, providing counterparties with the necessary documentation and related materials.
Formation of final visual forms in source documentation and other information products.
Interaction with sales, logistics, marketing and design services for the preparation and implementation of supplies.
In the absence of the ZED manager, the primary processing of profile requests, which are received.
Control of receivables of counterparties (in cooperation with the ZED manager and the financial manager).
Assistance to the ZED manager in analytical work.

Full employment. Mon-Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Remote work is possible (partially).

The salary level is discussed at the interview and will depend on the professional
