Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the manager's work schedule, coordination of meetings, calls, trips.
- Preparation of documents, reports, presentations.
- Business correspondence (in Ukrainian and, if necessary, in a foreign language).

- Publishing content, planning posts.
- Writing texts for posts and working with visual materials.

- Monitoring and analysis of activity on pages.
- Development of visual content (presentations, graphic elements) using graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop etc.).
- Help in organizing events (online and offline): planning, communication with partners, preparation of materials.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks and team coordination.
- Execution of other administrative tasks of the manager.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Work experience in a similar position of 1 year (will be an advantage).
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language; knowledge of a foreign language (English) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of working with graphic editors (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Experience of maintaining pages in social networks: writing texts, creating graphics , analytics.
- High level of organization, ability to work in multitasking conditions.
- Skills for working with office programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Creative approach, communication, stress resistance.
