Assistant manager in Kvoka Studio

Hello! We are a DropIt online store that sells health and relaxation products such as massagers, sleep masks and other useful little things. We are currently looking for a responsible assistant to work for 2-4 hours a day. Work experience is not necessary, the main thing is the desire to learn and develop!

What you will need to do:

• Maintain the content of the site (adding products, updating information);
• Work with product descriptions and their characteristics;
• Help with order processing and track delivery status;
• Answer customer questions, provide advice in messengers or via e-mail;< /li>
• Participate in the preparation of promotions and mailings.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2-4 hours of free time every day;

• Responsibility and attention to detail.

What will be a plus:

• Knowledge design basics and working in Figma;
• Experience with texts, product descriptions or customer support;
• Basic understanding of internet marketing or SMM.
