Job description

We are looking for a personal/project assistant to help organize and monitor the team's activities (80%) and deal with administrative tasks (20%).

Potentially 100% remote employment.

Responsibilities

• Organization of meetings and record keeping
• Maintenance of general and daily plans
• Maintenance of team meeting register and master calendar
• Maintenance of project knowledge
• Tracking current news 
• Execution of individual assignments
• Satisfaction of administrative needs of the team
• Travel planning and support  
• Preparation of visual materials  
• Translation of documents and interpretation of meetings
• Accounting of costs and maintenance of accompanying documentation 

The successful candidate:

• Has a clear civic position  
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly, responsibility and attention to detail
• He is fluent in English and Ukrainian
• Keeps pace while performing routine tasks  
• Has 3 years of assisting experience
• Follows business ethics and etiquette
• Competent PC user (MS Word, Excel, web search, office equipment)
• Pass the polygraph

Desired qualifications and skills

• Experience/interest in working with defense innovations
• Recommendations from defenders
• Any other foreign language is a big plus
• Knowledge of MS Teams and related Microsoft application packages
• Ability to perform basic graphic design tasks in PowerPoint, Sketch, Canvas, Figma, or other programs
• Readiness for foreign trips
• Welcome early birds 
• Security and Defense Forces experience welcome
