required professional competencies and skills:

• Higher education (paperwork, administration, management, etc.); l>
• Existing work experience administrator, secretary, director's assistant;
• competent written and oral Ukrainian language, fluent in English (oral and written);
• The ability to quickly read and edit a large amount of texts, namely: spelling, stylistics, terminology, etc.;
• Excellent knowledge of the rules of registration of official letters, appeals, requests, invitations for Ukrainian and foreign addressees;
• Ability to systematize and visualize data (possession of Excel tools and other programs);
confident PC user and MS Office, MS Teams, Skype, Zoom , Databases (Excel) Working with Canva, Photoshop, Interactive Tools: miro, mural, mural, padlet, mentimeter, jamboard etc;
• Understanding the principles and use of non -violent communication, “0” tolerance to violence and discrimination; Conventions on the Rights of the Child will be an advantage;
• good communicative and organizational skills, logical thinking;
• strong time management, proactiveness, responsibility, work on the result, stress resistance;  
• experience in non -profit/public sector, international organizations will be an advantage;
• The ability to set priorities, work with clear deadlines.

Functional duties:

• Support of the project manager and support/support of the advisor on issues Request advocates) and assistance with administrationproceeding issues in the framework of the implementation of project activities;
• Technical, logistical organization of activities (round tables, trainings, seminars, etc.); Measures in which authorized representatives of organizations
• Organization of business trips within the project and other logistics support;
• Administrative coordination of work with contractors and consultants;
• preparation of letters, correspondence;
• Organization and conduct of workflow (electronic and paper) : documents, contracts, acts on established templates;
• Collection and systematization of reporting documents, control correctness of their design;
• preparation of presentation project projects for the project manager and other authorized representatives of the organization involved in advocacy
• participation in the preparation of the necessary reporting of the project, including databases, photos and other materials; 
• Visualization of information, preparation and registration of presentations
• Interaction with employees of the organization of different job levels, resolving current issues; 
• Adherence to the Ethics of Communication, Requirements and Standards of the MBO BF “Children's Town” for the protection >
