HR assistant (no experience) in BILRAYT

We are a grocery store with long experience offering fresh products from local farmers and products of our own production. We have 4 branches in the region and serve more than 4,000 customers every month. To support the recruiting process, we are looking for an assistant in our human resources department.

What is needed from you

• The ability to communicate easily with people.
• The desire to learn in the HR field.
• Basic skills in working with a PC and documents.

Your role and tasks
You will assist in building a team, organize interviews with candidates, search for specialists through ads and social networks, accompany new employees to start and prepare reports for management.
