Assistant HR manager in Vyshneve (accommodation provided) in Sun One

SunOne is one of the leading companies providing production and logistics personnel in Ukraine, Hungary , Czech Republic, Poland.

Due to the intensive development of the project, we are looking for a reliable person, namely a coordinator who can be our "eyes and hands" in production.

Place of work — production in the city of Vyshnevo (Kyiv region). Foreign candidates are fully reimbursed for the cost of living.

Experience in HR is optional. Mandatory desire to develop and the ability to adapt to changes.

Our requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in a call center or in a related position where it is necessary to communicate a lot with people (call -center, restaurant business, etc.);
• Have experience in solving controversial issues without conflicts.

• Compilation of staff work schedules ;
• Controlling the exit of personnel in shifts;
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews with production personnel; (loaders, packers, etc.);
• Control of issuing uniforms for personnel.
