What will be included in your duties ?

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will assist in all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to supporting teamwork. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in the organization of the recruiting process: searching for candidates, processing resumes, organizing interviews.
• Participating in the process of adapting new employees: preparing documents, getting to know team and corporate culture.
• Preparation of reports and analytics on key HR indicators.
• Collaboration with colleagues to maintain a positive atmosphere in team.
