Primary responsibilities:

• Help in personnel selection.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.< /li>
• Supporting the HR manager in performing administrative tasks.
• Preparation of reports and analytical data based on the results of recruiting activities.< /li>

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or recruiting would be a plus.
• Good communication skills and abilities work in a team.
• Ability to organize working time.
• Responsibility, initiative, desire to learn and develop.
