Since the beginning of the war, the activities of the NGO "Girls" have been reoriented towards providing financial, humanitarian and psychological assistance to victims of the war and the social rehabilitation of IDPs. The geography of the projects covers more than 150 settlements of Ukraine: 250,000+ people received help; 16,000+ hours of psychological assistance were provided; 120,000+ children and parents attended educational lectures. We implement both our own projects and projects with the support of donor organizations. We manage to assemble a team that works devotedly to support the population in throughout the country. We expect from you: Higher education, preferably in the field of personnel management or related fields. Experience in a similar position will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace packages, e-mail, AI. High level of organization and attention to detail. Communication skills and ability to work in a team. Knowledge of English language will be an advantage. as well as: registration of FOP 3 groups with relevant KVEDs or readiness to register in case of selection; Your area of responsibility: Support the HR department in all aspects of work. Maintain and update the employee database (we work in the Hurma system) Participate in the full cycle recruitment: publication of vacancies, screening of resumes, organization of interviews, writing/filling in documents for the donor according to HR procedures (Long & short lists, assessment, interview protocols, feedback to candidates) — this will take 80% of the total working time Collecting documents for registration of cooperation (consulting and assistance in the design of the FOP) Participate in onboarding.
