HR Assistant in BK PARTNER

We are looking for an active specialist who will help us form the best team.
Your tasks:

• Active search and selection of personnel (both linear and narrow-profile specialists);
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews;
• Coordinating the exit of new employees to work;
• Maintenance of candidate database and reporting.

We expect:

• Experience in recruiting (will be an advantage);
• Ability to find a common language with different people;
• Orientation on results and high level self-organization;
• Confident command of a PC and social networks.
