In connection with the expansion of the staff, a competition is announced for the position:

HR manager, recruiter
 
Main work tasks:

• Full recruitment cycle: from creating a position profile and developing a search strategy with the manager to the exit of the candidate work.
• Active search: work with various categories of vacancies (from admin positions to production positions).
• Employer brand: active presentation of the company's advantages on the labor market.  

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 2+ years of experience in the field of recruiting / HR with a desire to develop in HR processes.
• You are proficient in search tools and can quickly close vacancies of various complexity.
• Energetic, stress-resistant and ready for a large volume of communications.

Terms work:

• Working schedule: from Mon-Fri (5/2) from 9:00-18:00.
• Official employment.
• Trial period: 1 month.
• Annual paid vacation: 24 calendar days.
• Annual salary indexation.

Passing a polygraph is a mandatory condition for employment.
