HR Assistant in SKELAR

Join SKELAR as an HR Assistant in our office in Warsaw join the team creating the next big everything!

What challenges await:
— Working with HRMS (HiBob and PeopleForce): data filling, administration, configuration, generating reports from systems, etc.;
— Ownership Pre-boarding of the process;

— Ownership of the Relocation process
— Work with employee insurance (interaction with contractors, formation of guides, employee consultations);
— Close cooperation with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Legal & HelpDesk departments to ensure coordinated implementation of all processes and uninterrupted business operation;
— Active participation in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives;
— Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures and processes.

What is important to us:
— Experience with CRM systems;
— Excellent problem-solving skills;
— High stress resistance and adaptability to changes;
— High ownership for working with projects, attention to details, proactivity and persistence;
— Effective communication skills (can negotiate, argue your point of view, find win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the team/workgroup level).
