We are suitable for a person who:

  • Ready to work several hours a day (mother on maternity leave, student, who is looking for a part-time job, etc.);

  • Want to develop in HR or business consulting, able to learn from the company and self-study;

We offer

    Completely remote. All communication takes place in Telegram groups, organization of work - on the working Google Drive and Google documents.

Our assistant has:

 Important: stable connection and Internet. In case of outages, solutions are available (backup power supply, optical fiber, generator, etc.).

THE ASSISTANT CAN PERFORM ONLY ABOUT HALF OF THE TASKS FROM THE LIST (WHICH ARE MORE SUITABLE FOR HIM)

Important:

  • High level of the Ukrainian language - written and spoken. Good spoken Russian.

  • Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar is a sure possession.

  • Property of Canva and basic visual creation/editing tools.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Responsibility and self-organization.

  • Willingness to work according to existing scripts and instructions.

  • The desire to understand the manager's logic, the ability to work "one step ahead". This process will be built already at the trial stage, but the candidate must have the motivation to understand the manager's thinking system and be a reliable support.

Preferably:

  • Experience in HR, recruiting, business processes, mentoring, working and training lower and middle managers or related fields will be a big plus.

  • KnowledgeEnglish will be + (you will get the opportunity to practice the language)

  • Ability to work with ChatGPT and other AI tools. 

  • Have you taken HR/recruiting courses

  • Formulas in Google Sheets - Intermediate and above

Your main tasks will be:

Tasks of the assistant:

 Operational support of the Head.

  • Preparation of documents, tables, presentations. 

  • Analytics, updating data, generating reports.

  • Working with Google Sheets (formulas, structuring, checks).

  • Performance of the manager's operational and specific personal tasks.

  • Search for information, preparation of drafts of documents, reconciliation of information - upon request.

  • Meeting with the manager/team members - to discuss tasks, agree on tasks, etc.

  • Creating visuals/simple layouts in Canva.

 Communication and coordination of work processes.

  • Communication with client representatives/ process participants.

  • Calendar planning, reminders, meeting coordination.

  • Communication with contractors/process participants;

  • Make phone calls according to ready-made scripts for monitoring the salary market/communication with candidates within recruiting projects, also according to ready-made scripts.

  • Participation in negotiations with clients (optional).

Participation in consulting projects, including HR projects.

  • Assistance in HR-consulting projects (communication with client representatives, scheduling meetings, control of the HR managermeetings, reminders to the manager, etc.)

  • Participation in mentoring of HR and managers;

  • Monitoring the job market, making phone calls as needed;">Posting jobs resume of candidates;

  • Communication with candidates, conducting the first interview* in telephone mode;

  • Maintenance of candidate database.
