< li>have experience in recruiting/HR management from 1 year;
• know the basics of HR management;
• have a higher education in the field of "Psychology" or "Sociology, social work" (will be an advantage)
• you have a high level of responsibility.

Your main duties and tasks will be:

• search and selection of personnel using different channels of attraction, conducting interviews;
• onboarding newcomers;
• providing reporting on recruiting/onboarding stages;
• maintenance of the candidate database/updating data;
• crm system administration;
• timely synchronization of processes and interaction with fin. department;
• administrative tasks (formation of digests, greeting employees, surveys for the team, etc.);
• all recruitment processes according to the plan;
• organization and support events (training, team building, corporate parties);
• communication with teams;
• current tasks.
