Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Search: Search and select candidates using state-of-the-art methods and tools.
• Organization of interviews: Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, evaluate the potential of candidates.
• Adaptation of new employees: Ensure comfortable and quick introduction of newcomers into the work process.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain personnel records and prepare reports for management.
