The company is looking for a responsible and attentive Financial Assistant to support the daily work of the financial department. The position involves working with documents, databases, reporting and interaction with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and processing of primary financial documentation.
Maintenance of internal registers, tables and databases.
Assistance in the formation of daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
Checking the correctness of data in documents and systems.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, plans and financial forecasts.
Collection of information for analytics and reporting.
Interaction with other departments on financial issues.
Performing assignments financier
Requirements:
Professional education or a student of financial, economic specialties is preferred.
Experience in a similar position is mandatory
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial tools.
A confident user of Excel and Google Sheets.
Comfortable working conditions in a friendly team.
Hybrid schedule (remote and in the office)
