Assistant director of construction in ChEGET-PRIM, TOV

Maxima company works in the field of commercial real estate. We are looking for an Assistant Director of Construction.

Responsibilities:

• support of the director of construction in the organization and coordination of construction projects in Odessa and nearby settlements in the area;
• analysis, verification of project documentation, estimates;
• monitoring of the execution of work schedules;
• support of communication with contractors;
• participation in technical meetings;
• monitoring of compliance with technical norms and standards at the construction site;
• preparation of reports.

Requirements:

• higher education in the field of construction;
• experience as a chief engineer, manager of construction projects;
• having a CC3 certificate will be an advantage;
• knowledge of basic regulations documents in the field of construction;
• ability to read and analyze project documentation;
• high communication skills, activity, organization and responsibility;
• knowledge of AutoCAD, confident PC user, office programs.
• availability of a car.
