We work in the field of organizational psychology, coaching and soft skills training.

Responsibilities:

• Organizational support of a corporate psychologist (planning meetings, preparation of materials);

• Maintenance of the calendar of consultations and communication with clients;

• Help in creating presentations, questionnaires and psychological tests;

• Keeping short notes after sessions (without disclosing confidential information);

• Administrative support (correspondence, reservation of premises, purchase materials);

• Participation in the preparation of corporate trainings and workshops.

Requirements:

• Interest in psychology, HR or the field of personality development;

• Attention, tact, confidentiality in working with information;

• Excellent communication skills, organization;

• PC knowledge (Google Docs, PowerPoint, CRM will be a plus);

• We consider candidates from 18 years old, experience is not necessary - we provide training.
